RETURN POLICY

Our policy on returns will allow store credit or merchandise exchange of your purchase. Store credit or merchandise exchange may be valid for up to 14 days after your order is received. Once the 14 day-period has elapsed, store credit or merchandise exchange will no longer be valid.   

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unwashed and non- defective. In addition, the merchandise must be mailed in its original packaging. Please ensure to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy to complete your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to you for verification. Your email confirmation will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

If your items are approved, your exchange will be processed and a store credit code will be emailed to you for future use with an expiration date.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for all returns.

 

The Returning Process:

To begin the return process, please email; Clientservices@arryles.com. It is vital that we are notified of all returning items prior to transit to ensure your store credit or exchange is processed in a timely manner.  

Please email Clientservices@arryles.com and await email conformation. Once you have received your conformation email, please continue with the following steps:

-Pack up your item(s)

-Select a carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)

-Pay the return postage at the time of shipping

-Ship to the following address:

Shipping

Orders take 7-10 business days to ship across the U.S.

We will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. Arryles is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. In the event that package(s) are delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the liability to recover the merchandise will fall solely on the purchaser.  Arryles will not be liable for recovering merchandise dispatched to an incorrect mailing address provided by the purchaser. Please refer to your local post office to initiate an investigation on your behalf. Please ensure your mailing address is correct during the time of purchase as Arryles will not issue refunds for lost packages.
