No, ARRYLES doesn't have a brick and mortar store – we're all about spreading style magic online!

How can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account; select “recent orders” followed by “order details.” From there, you will be able to see if the order is awaiting fulfillment or has shipped.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 12 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
How long is the shipping process?
Orders are processed in 3-5 business days and shipped within 7-10 business days
Is there a charge for making a return?

What are the dimensions of the Halos?
The halo circumference extend from 21 inch - 24 inch with a comfortable elastic band at back of neck. The width of the halo from center of the forehead to middle of skull is 5 inches.
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit for any item that is unworn or may have been received damaged for up to 14 business days after the customer and the company are notified of the initial delivery. (See link in our footer for full return policy)

How do you clean or launder the Halos?
Because of the nature of the delicate fabric we suggest to spot clean by hand or dry clean to uphold the integrity of your halo.

The Halo Collection by ARRYLES is only sold at ARRYLES.COM. You can also find us out and about at Pop-Up shops which we announce via our newsletters and social media outlets.
What are the best ways to store the Halos when building a collection?
We suggest to place in a designated basket, drawer or felt bag to prevent any snagging or pulling from any other accessories or clothing.
When was the Halo Collection created ?
The Halo Collection was created in November 2018 under the ARRYLES Clothing and Accessory brand.

Who is ARRYLES ?
The brand is inspired by and named after Ashley Renee Ryles— our founder. Ashley was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She began sewing at the age of twelve. Her passion for fashion started at a really young age, after high school she attended Miami International University of art and Design, where she received a bachelor degree in Fine Arts and Fashion Design. After college, Ashley took her talents to New York City. Ashley worked many jobs in the garment district before starting the Brand ARRYLES in 2013.
